What People Ask?
To request a quote, visit our website and navigate to the “Request a Quote” section. Fill in the required item details, quantity, and any additional specifications. Once submitted, our team will review the request and provide a quotation promptly.
We quote a 7-day lead time after receipt of the material. This period covers all preparation, inspection, and packaging processes before shipment.
For FOB Destination shipments, we handle the transportation arrangements and ensure delivery to the buyer’s specified location. All shipping costs and risks remain with us until the goods reach their final destination.
The origin inspection process involves coordinating with the assigned inspector before shipment. The inspection ensures that the materials meet all packaging and compliance requirements prior to shipping. Our team will provide the necessary documentation and schedule once the materials are ready.
To add a shipping point or point-of-contact (POC) user, log in to your VSM account and go to the account management or settings section. From there, you can update or request access changes for shipping and contact information. If assistance is needed, please reach out to our support team.
